Yesterday i was thinking that how fast the year 2010 just gone by….For me it was a year of rabbit jump rather than a turtle walk, i.e. fast and furious 😛
When i look back i can say it is my favourite year because 2010 brought me the most charming beauties of my life: My Twin Boys. I experienced the feeling of motherhood for the first time and now being addicted to this precious feeling i adore my babies…
My sister gave birth as well and i became an auntie to the most lovable nephew. He is my pumpkin!
Again this year we bought a cute house, (the decoration of which i am still dealing with) that led us to a fresh start as i mentioned in my early posts.
What else?…Two of my best friends got married this year. Taking this opportunity let me wish an ever-happy life to them with their lovely wives. (Congratulations Rishi and Congratulations Sreeram) 🙂
So this was the year when my intellectual and cultural improvement slowed down yet my personal life and family bonds got an accelarated pace…
Towards the end, we already started shopping for new year gifts (my favourite shopping reason 😛 ) as well as taking new resolutions and cherishing new hopes…
Early Happy New Year To All 😀

Long break i gave i believe and yet i didn’t manage to see many movies or read many books in the meantime; still i watched four movies which are all from 2009 and both from Bollywood and Hollywood…
First one is “Blue” by Akshay Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Lara Dutta, Katrina Kaif and Zayed Khan. It was about some kind of so-called complicated plans and projects about some money buried under water and some theories and tricks to get this money and put it on the right hands. Considering this simple tagline, although the movie should be a breath-taking adventure both under and on water, it was just a waste of time and nothing. There were surely some eye-candies such as Katrina, Lara and even Kylie Minogue as a guest appearence, even these were not enough to bring some life to it. So my rate is 1/5. And this 1 point goes to “Chiggy Wiggy” song sung by Kylie Minogue herself.
The second movie from Bollywood is “Tum Mile” by Emraan Hashmi and Soha Ali Khan. As it is suggested by the title, it is a love story…about a bond between two people, which is challenging yet indispensible. This movie was relatively better as both subject and cast. The soundtrack was also remarkable, my favourite being “Dil Ibaadat” and “Tu Hi Haqeeqat” hence getting a 4/5 from me.
Third one is 2012 from Hollywood for which i had waited to see impatiently for a long time. I can shortly say it was not a perfect and rational action movie yet it was quite strong both on topic-line and acting skills. It was a nice time-pass with some scenes to be watched without even blinking and without getting bored as a whole, so getting 5/5 from me.
And the last movie of this post is 500 Days of Summer, which is quite a different one as a format. It was in a direct story-telling format rather than a routine movie continuence, hence there were lots of flashbacks and flashforwards which was making the movie more interesting. It was both a love and a separation story including deep psychological analyses, getting 4/5 from me.
That is all for today. I may lost again for some time considering the new year celebrations. So let me use this opportunity to wish all of you a joyous christmas and a happy new year 🙂

1st of January 2009…We left a whole year just behind and started to experience a new 365-day…For me 2008 was full of both sweet and bitter incidences as these cannot be separated within one’s life…About my resolutions regarding 2009, i do not want to count some numerous hastily taken decisions which are mostly unrealistic or hard to realize…i would rather concentrate on two things this year, which are 1) to take a better care of my health 2) to look at the whole world from a more positive window (to be more optimistic towards the events/persons)…These resolutions are only related to me, as for the ones regarding my beloved ones, they are just countless:) Anyways, in short i wish everyone a happy and a healty new year!!!
I spent the new year night at home with my husband. We had the dinner i cooked which you can see below:P
Then we watched some TV programmes celebrating the New Year, afterwards we made some long phonecalls with our parents, relatives and friends…I mean i had a decent, calm and a nice night:)
Well, today (first day of the new year) was also joyful for me…I woke up very late and welcomed by a tasty breakfast…then went to a shopping mall and passed some time, then went to Starbucks and had some cake with latte, and then i went for a movie (The Day The Earth Stood Still)…All in all i had great time!
